Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Principal to lead the Property & Casualty Actuarial Consulting Practice in the Northeast Region. You will own the business development plan, manage revenue targets, and collaborate with regional leaders to grow the practice and deliver client solutions.

You will mentor staff, review client deliverables for technical accuracy, and strengthen relationships with self-insureds, captives, (re)insurers, and financial institutions while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience focused on Property and Casualty.
• Strategic thinker with ability to grow new business opportunities.
• Exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support engagements.
• ACAS/FCAS credentials beneficial, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the business development plan and revenue target for the P&C region.
• Supervise BD activities and maintain BD pipelines across the P&C Practice.
• Collaborate with Global Strategy & Innovation to deliver monthly regional updates.
• Review and validate client deliverables, ensuring technical accuracy and integrity.
• Mentor staff, fostering career and professional growth.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality exhibits and written reports for clients.
