Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• ACAS or FCAS credential required.
• 10+ years actuarial consulting or insurance experience in Property & Casualty.
• Proven client relationship management and leading complex engagements.
• Strong business development experience with expanding client relationships.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex actuarial engagements for insurers, reinsurers, captives, and corporate clients.
• Oversee project execution, delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical oversight across engagements (loss reserving, pricing, predictive modeling, economic capital).
• Drive revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities and developing new client relationships.
• Champion AI, analytics, and modern delivery methods to improve efficiency and outcomes.
