Qualifications

• BA/BS in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• ACAS or FCAS credential required.
• 10+ years of actuarial consulting or insurance experience within Property & Casualty.
• Demonstrated success managing client relationships and leading complex engagements.
• Proven business development experience, including generating new opportunities and expanding client relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with ability to influence diverse audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex actuarial engagements for insurers, reinsurers, captives and corporate clients.
• Oversee project execution, delivery quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical oversight across engagements (loss reserving, pricing, modeling, analytics).
• Translate actuarial analyses into actionable business insights for executives.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and developing new client relationships.
• Mentor consultants and foster a culture of collaboration and inclusion.
• Champion AI, analytics and modernization to enhance delivery and efficiency.
