The role combines deep actuarial expertise with strategic leadership, client relationship management, and business development responsibilities across insurers, reinsurers, captives, and corporate clients.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related field.
ACAS or FCAS credential required.
10+ years actuarial consulting or P&C experience.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex actuarial engagements for insurers, reinsurers and corporate clients.
Oversee project execution, delivery quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
Provide strategic guidance and technical oversight across engagements including reserving, pricing, economic capital modeling, and risk analytics.
Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and developing new client relationships.
Champion AI, analytics, automation, and modern delivery methods within the practice.
