Oliver Wyman's Property & Casualty Actuarial Practice seeks a Principal to lead complex client engagements, drive business growth, and shape the future of actuarial consulting through innovation and AI-enabled solutions.

This commercially minded leader will oversee large client portfolios, mentor teams, expand relationships, and advance modern techniques in reserving, pricing, capital modeling, and analytics across insurers and corporate clients.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
ACAS or FCAS credential required.
10+ years of actuarial consulting or insurance industry experience within Property & Casualty.
Demonstrated success managing client relationships and leading complex engagements.
Proven business development experience and expanding client relationships.
Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead large, complex actuarial engagements for insurers, reinsurers, captives and corporate clients.
Oversee project execution, delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Provide strategic guidance across engagements: reserving, pricing, ratemaking, and analytics.
Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and creating new relationships.
Mentor consultants, managers, and analysts; foster collaboration and inclusion.
Champion AI, analytics, and modernization of actuarial delivery.
