Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach, conversion and member acquisition.
• Greet prospective members with enthusiasm and provide studio tours.
• Sell memberships to meet monthly targets and revenue budgets.
• Follow up with prospective members and resolve concerns professionally.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives.
• Work with the manager to hit monthly KPI targets.
• Cross-train with Operations Manager to assist with facility issues.
