LAZ Parking is seeking a Facilities Manager in Jersey City to oversee daily operations at multiple parking locations. You will lead on-site teams, ensure service excellence, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of management and parking experience, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in a Management / Leadership role.
• 3+ years of parking experience.
• Experience with financial statements, P&L, budgeting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet operations needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop a team at parking location(s).
• Plan, schedule, train and direct the activities of on-site employees.
• Identify high potential employees to support growth.
• Payroll processing and wage/hour compliance coordination with payroll.
• Execute opening plans for newly assigned locations.
• Manage budgets and revenue enhancements for locations.
• Oversee transition of new locations from contract to opening.
• Develop client relationships and ensure business retention.
• Coordinate with police and emergency services as needed.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports.
