Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of Multi-Unit Management Experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Handle Management Account clients.
• Develop client relationships and business retention.
• Ensure revenue growth, controlled expenses, and high customer satisfaction.
• Assist with business development, proposals, and transitions for new locations.
• Lead and develop a team of employees to achieve goals.
• Plan budgets and monthly profit/loss reviews by location.
• Communicate with police and emergency management on operations.
• Monitor market rate structures and report on performance.
