Job summary

LAZ Parking in New York is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the 24/7 operations of Gershwin Theater - 1633 Broadway Garage under the direction of the Operations Manager. This role supports our PEOPLE FIRST culture and drives programs from the home office across locations.

You will lead on-site employees, manage payroll and budgeting, develop client relationships, and ensure contract compliance while coordinating with local authorities and emergency teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years in a management/leadership role required.
• 3+ years of parking experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop on-site teams at parking locations.
• Manage payroll processing and wage-hour compliance with HR.
• Oversee financial management, budgets, and revenue enhancements.
• Develop client relationships and retain business.
• Coordinate with police and emergency management for operations.
