Job summary

AlphaGraphics Charleston is seeking a Client Relations and Account Manager to drive center sales and support staff and clients on projects in a fast-paced printing environment. You will attract new customers, maintain and expand accounts, and ensure a positive experience for clients, including efforts related to our apparel product line.

You will coordinate with productions, prepare estimates, review proofs, and manage customer communications through MIS and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Account management experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills to break projects into steps.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Professional appearance and decorum in client-facing situations.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with MIS and order-entry processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Has thorough knowledge of AlphaGraphics products, services, processes, pricing.
• Maintains a professional appearance and ensures positive client experience.
• Upsells and cross-sells when opportunities arise.
• Captures customer specifics using job analysis questions.
• Reviews proofs and manages the proofing process; notifies when jobs are ready.
• Creates timely, accurate job estimates and pricing reviews.
• Resolves customer inquiries and complaints.
• Utilizes MIS tools to create and estimate client projects.
