Job summary

AlphaGraphics - US720 is seeking a Client Relations and Account Manager to boost center sales and support staff and clients on projects. You will lead efforts to attract new customers, manage existing accounts, and promote the new apparel product line while ensuring a positive client experience throughout the production process.

You will work with our CRM/MIS tools, prepare estimates, and assist in sales and marketing activities to drive revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or inside sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of graphics and prepress is a plus.
• Familiarity with MIS systems and order entry processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional appearance and ensure positive customer experiences.
• Upsell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Prepare timely, accurate job estimates and pricing.
• Coordinate with customers through proofs and production steps.
• Manage inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
• Assist in updating client databases and supporting marketing efforts.
