AlphaGraphics Portsmouth is seeking an Account Manager / Project Coordinator to serve as the bridge between clients and the production team, consulting with clients, estimating jobs, and managing projects from concept through final delivery.

The role requires strong organization, experience in B2B customer service or sales, and the ability to collaborate with production to deliver high-quality print, signage, and promotional products.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has background in B2B customer service, account management, or sales in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in print, signage, or promotional products is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients, evaluate needs across print, marketing, and signage, and recommend solutions.
• Estimate jobs, track timelines, and manage client expectations on schedules and pricing.
• Update client notes in CRM and process invoicing and payments.
• Coordinate with production teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Advocate for the client to guarantee quality and smooth communication with management.
