Job summary

PNC is seeking a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker based in the Toledo market. You will serve small to mid-sized business clients, delivering cash flow solutions and expanding the client portfolio through COI relationships and cross-selling PNC products.

You will manage the sales cycle from onboarding to ongoing service, focusing on revenue growth while mitigating risk, with a strong emphasis on customer experience and a collaborative, in-office culture at PNC.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level require a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Certifications are often desired for advancement.
• A degree-equivalent mix of education, certification and experience may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Handle relationship management with new and existing clients to grow sales and revenue.
• Acquire/expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen wallet share.
• Manage origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products.
• Manage risk/return and drive quality for new/existing clients.
• Provide ideas and insights to meet client needs and improve engagement.
• Build internal and external networks to acquire or expand clients and present bank-wide solutions.
