Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. in the Toledo market seeks a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker within the Business Banking organization to help provide cash flow solutions to small and mid-sized businesses and to manage the on-going sales cycle.

Based in-office, you will develop COI relationships, expand client portfolios, and leverage PNC's full suite of banking products. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 with incentive eligibility, and no visa sponsorship is provided.

Qualifications

University/college degree required, typically with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Certifications are often desired; in lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
With direction, acquires and/or expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients.
Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on client needs and financial well-being.
Builds a network of internal and external relationships to acquire and expand clients and present the full range of PNC's products.
Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk using credit fundamentals and policies.
