PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker in the Toledo market. You will provide cash flow solutions to business clients, manage the on-going sales cycle and expand the portfolio to meet objectives.

The role emphasizes building COI relationships, leveraging internal partners to deliver the full range of PNC products and services, and supporting customer success. A 3+ years' background and a Bachelor's degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Acquires and/or expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients.
• Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on client needs and financial well-being.
• Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire or expand clients.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk.
