Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. in the Toledo market seeks a Relationship Manager I - Business Banker to deliver cash flow solutions to small and mid-size businesses.

You will guide the sales cycle, build trusted advisor relationships, and coordinate with internal partners to bring the full suite of PNC banking products to clients. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience expected.
• Certifications are often desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handles relationship management with new and/or existing clients to grow sales and market share. Typically works with basic to moderate complexity with supervision.
• Acquires and expands client relationships to generate revenue, and negotiates and documents credit and non-credit products and services.
• Manages risk and ensures compliance with credit policies while supporting client financial needs.
• Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders to bring the full range of PNC products to clients.
• Demonstrates credit risk analysis capabilities and supports responsible lending practices.
