Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $125,000, with incentive eligibility based on performance. This role emphasizes relationship building, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration within an in-office culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships to grow sales and market share with defined goals.
• Acquire/expand client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet; handle origination, analysis, negotiation and documentation of products.
• Manage risk/return and drive quality for clients.
• Identify client opportunities and increase engagement and loyalty.
• Build internal/external networks to acquire or expand clients and present the full product suite.
• Analyze and mitigate credit risk per internal policies.
