U.S. Bank is recruiting a Business Banking Relationship Manager in Tennessee to help business clients achieve their goals. You will identify new opportunities, nurture partnerships, and deliver tailored financial solutions across lending, treasury management, deposits, and merchant services.

You will act as a trusted advisor, growing your portfolio by connecting clients with the right banking solutions, supported by a team of specialists and a comprehensive product suite.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to business clients and managing a client book.
• Proven ability to build new relationships and grow revenues.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate across lines and partner groups.

Responsibilities

• Spend 60-70% of time on outside business development, prospecting, and building a book of business.
• Develop, grow, and manage new and existing business client relationships.
• Build Centers of Influence (COI) networks to generate referrals and opportunities.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-focused solutions to create long-term relationships.
• Assess clients' banking needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Educate clients on deposit, lending, treasury, and other banking solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Make referrals to other business lines as appropriate.
