Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of relevant experience.
• Strong B2B sales skills with ability to independently source and grow a book of business.
• Proven track record onboarding and retaining businesses with revenues from $2.5M to $50M.

Responsibilities

• Allocate 65–70% of time to active prospecting and new client acquisition.
• Develop and manage relationships with business clients.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions.
• Assess clients’ banking needs and educate on deposit/loan products.
• Partner with Treasury Management, Merchant Services, and Credit Card teams.
