Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of relevant experience.
• Strong relationship management and business development abilities.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure.
• Knowledge of cash flow management and business credit underwriting with commercial credit training preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of basic financial accounting and analysis.
• Some knowledge of bank products and services that results in opportunities to sell the bank’s products.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary advisor for business clients and develop and manage relationships.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions to build long-term relationships.
• Assess client banking needs and educate clients on deposits and loans available.
• Identify opportunities to provide suitable banking products and services.
• Collaborate across the company to manage customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
