U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking Relationship Manager to combine sales expertise, relationship management, and financial acumen to help business clients achieve their goals.

You will develop new client relationships, deepen existing partnerships, and deliver tailored financial solutions to support growth and success. You will act as a trusted advisor to business owners, connecting them with lending, treasury management, deposit, payment, merchant services, and credit card solutions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with SBA 7(a) and 504 lending programs (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Spend 60-70% of time on outside business development and prospecting.
• Develop, grow, and manage new and existing client relationships.
• Build Centers of Influence networks to generate referrals.
• Deliver financial solutions and long-term client value.
• Assess clients' banking needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Educate clients on deposits, lending, treasury management, and payments.
