Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a growth-focused professional to develop a book of business in the Clarksville, TN area. You will build client relationships, educate on deposits, lending, treasury management and other banking solutions, and collaborate across internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial services.

You will spend 60-70% of time on outside development, prospecting, and creating a strong referral network while delivering tailored recommendations to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Experience prospecting companies with annual revenues greater than $10 million.
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow a portfolio through consultative sales efforts.
• Established Centers of Influence network or demonstrated success building one.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business lines and partner groups.

Responsibilities

• Spend the majority of time on outside business development and prospecting.
• Develop, grow, and manage new and existing business client relationships.
• Build and maintain Centers of Influence (COI) networks for referrals.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-focused solutions to build trust.
• Assess clients' banking needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Educate clients on banking solutions including deposits and treasury management.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
• Make referrals to additional business lines to meet client needs.
