You will serve as a trusted advisor, connecting clients with lending, treasury, deposits, and payment solutions to support growth and long-term success. The role emphasizes developing new client relationships, deepening partnerships, and working with internal specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four to five years of relevant experience.
• Experience prospecting companies and growing a portfolio preferred.

• Spend 60-70% of time on outside business development and building a book of business.
• Develop, grow, and manage new and existing business client relationships.
• Cultivate Centers of Influence networks to generate referrals and opportunities.
• Deliver financial expertise and client-focused solutions to build long-term trusted relationships.
• Assess clients' banking needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Educate clients on deposits, lending, treasury management, and other banking solutions.
