Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding current accounts and acquiring new clients in collaboration with Sales and Operations. You will oversee P&L, budgets, and cost controls while developing top talent within the branch team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant sales or service experience, with at least 1 year in supervision, and a proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 5+ years of relevant work experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Lead and develop branch team, coaching recruiters.
• Ensure service levels and KPIs; conduct monthly reviews with stakeholders.
• On-board new customers, terms, risk assessments, and rate negotiations.
• Maintain client satisfaction and SLA compliance.
