Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a growth-focused team, drive new client acquisition, and expand existing accounts. You will manage P&L, recruitment strategies, and cost controls while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

The role emphasizes coaching recruiters, optimizing processes, and building strong relationships with HR and operations leaders to meet KPIs and drive performance across the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Lead branch P&L management and budgeting.
• Coach, train, and develop branch staff.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and client requirements.
• Onboard new clients, negotiate terms, and manage credit references.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Foster a positive work environment and develop recruiting strategies.
