Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding existing client relationships and bringing in new business. You will manage a team, oversee P&L, and ensure top-tier service to candidates and clients across the branch.

You will lead recruitment, budgeting, and client reviews, while maintaining strong relationships with HR and operations teams. Strong sales experience and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by establishing a plan to grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost/lapsed accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communications and business reviews with clients and program teams.
• Serve as escalation point for client-related issues with HR, Operations, and Procurement managers.
• Develop and present monthly/quarterly business reviews to senior leadership.
• Manage branch P&L and budget, and lead recruitment and branch development.
