Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Aufgaben

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to win new clients and expand existing ones.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high client satisfaction.
• Lead branch recruiting, training, and development; coach recruiters.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Conduct monthly reviews with Directors, monitor KPIs, and report performance.
• On-board new customers with terms, risk, and rate negotiations; credit references.
