Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our local team in growing and retaining client accounts while driving revenue and profitability. You will manage day-to-day operations, coach recruiters, and ensure service levels meet KPIs and SLAs.

The role requires strong leadership, sales, and people management skills, with a focus on delivering top-tier customer service to clients and candidates. A high school diploma and several years of supervisory sales experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record of increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally and present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow and retain clients and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain client relationships.
• Manage branch P&L; develop revenue and expense forecasts; establish budget and growth plans.
• Coach, train, and mentor recruiters; monitor KPIs and service levels.
• Conduct branch audits and monthly performance reviews; ensure compliance and credit controls.
