Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop client plans, and win back lost accounts.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost-control, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch team; drive top performance.
• Present monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Ensure client requirements and risk/credit processes are followed.
