Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in relevant work.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven growth in responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans to win new and existing clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; conduct regular business reviews with client and program teams.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through proactive communication with HR, Operations, and client contacts.
• Lead branch P&L, budget, and cost control; supervise recruitment, training, and development.
• Develop branch recruitment strategies and on-board new customers with terms, risk, and credit assessments.
• Coach and mentor recruiters; drive process improvements to meet KPIs and SLAs.
