Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by expanding client base and strengthening existing relationships. You will be financially accountable for branch P&L, budgets, and cost control, while recruiting, training, and developing top talent in the branch team.

Your role includes delivering excellent client service, meeting KPIs and SLAs, and guiding recruitment strategies to achieve strong performance and growth outcomes for the business.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication in one-on-one and group settings.

• Ability to set priorities, schedule tasks, make cold calls, and present formally.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow existing clients and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Lead coaching and development of recruiters; manage day-to-day performance.
• Review processes to reduce service costs and improve KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and growth plans.
• Oversee recruitment strategies, credit references, and on-boarding of new clients.
