Job summary

The Adecco Group is hiring a Branch Manager to lead growth across new and existing accounts, while managing the branch P&L and driving top-line results. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring best-in-class client and candidate service.

This role emphasizes strategic planning, client relationship management, and adherence to SLAs, with a focus on driving revenue and operational excellence across the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Two years in direct sales with growth in responsibilities preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience in a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop plans with clients to win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements (operational and contractual) meet SLA targets.
• Lead branch team and deliver high-quality client service and recruitment support.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls; forecast revenue and expenses.
• On-board new customers including terms, risk assessment, and pay/bill rate negotiations.
• Conduct monthly KPI reviews with direct reports and coordinate with vertical teams.
