Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead growth, manage P&L, and drive client relationships. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring top-tier service to candidates and clients across the branch.

You will establish strategies to grow existing accounts, win new business, and maintain compliance with SLAs, while managing budgets and performance metrics to deliver strong results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to grow and retain accounts and win new business.
• Manage branch P&L and budget, ensuring cost controls and profitability.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of branch staff to meet KPI targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships and monitor service levels and SLAs.
