Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead client growth, recruit and develop top talent, and drive P&L performance while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will build business plans to win new accounts, manage budgets, and coach a team of recruiters to meet KPIs, SLA targets, and high NPS scores, with a focus on efficiency and sustaining long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by planning to grow and win back clients.
• Maintain SLA-aligned client requirements and high customer satisfaction.
• Lead branch recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost controls.
• Conduct monthly business reviews with leadership.
• Oversee credit references and client credit limits.
