Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead client growth, oversee recruitment strategies, and manage branch P&L while delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will develop plans to grow accounts, supervise a team, coach recruiters, and maintain strong relationships with HR and operations to drive profitability and growth.

This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and process improvement to meet KPIs and SLA targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by developing plans to expand client base and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements are met in line with SLA targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication and business reviews with clients and program teams.
• Serve as escalation point for issues involving client program and associates.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of economic trends in target industries and changes affecting local businesses.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control; monitor forecasts and growth plans.
• Lead day-to-day performance of colleagues, coach recruiters, and mentor the team.
• Implement process improvements to reduce service costs while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee recruitment strategies, onboarding of new customers, and terms negotiation.
• Ensure compliance with licenses and credit references in client programs.
