Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding relationships, and delivering strong P&L results. You will recruit, train, and mentor a branch team while ensuring superb service to candidates and clients.

You will lead day-to-day operations, monitor performance against KPIs, and collaborate with sales leadership to align client needs, staffing, and program expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new clients, and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements meet SLA targets and are fulfilled.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews with clients and program teams.
• Provide escalation support to Client, Procurement, Operations, and HR Managers.
• Manage branch P&L, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Develop recruitment strategies and lead branch hiring efforts.
• Conduct regular KPI reviews and coach direct reports.
