Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead growth, retention, and profitability for a local branch. You will oversee recruitment, client relationships, and service delivery, driving strategy and performance across the team.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls while mentoring recruiters to meet KPIs and SLAs, ensuring quality customer experiences for candidates and clients alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win back lost/lapsed accounts.
• Manage branch P&L and budget; monitor forecasts and expenses.
• Lead recruiting, training, and development of branch staff.
• Coach recruiters and ensure service levels and KPIs are met.
• On-board new customers, including terms, credit assessment, rate negotiations and implementation.
