Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead growth, retention, and profitability at the branch level. You will manage client relationships, oversee P&L, and drive recruitment and development of top talent to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.

You will develop business plans, set pay/bill rates, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with regulations while building strong partnerships with HR and operations teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with strong sales background.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth in accounts preferred.
• Experience in a personnel service or staffing organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, expand client base and win back lost accounts.
• Lead branch P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Recruit, train and develop branch staff to meet KPI targets.
• Coordinate with sales and management to align with client expectations and SLAs.
• Ensure timely collections and maintain strong client relationships.
