Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years relevant work experience.
• 2 years direct sales experience with proven track record.
• 1 year supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish plans to win new clients, and meet SLA targets.
• Manage branch P&L and budget, and implement cost-control initiatives.
• Lead and develop branch team; coach and mentor recruiters.
• On-board new customers, including terms, credit assessment, and rate negotiation.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings to review KPIs and performance.
