Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to drive client growth, retention, and profitability. You will lead recruiting, training, and development of the branch team while ensuring top-tier service for candidates and clients.

You will manage day-to-day operations, budgets, and performance metrics, coaching staff to meet KPIs and SLAs, and will handle client requirements, pay/bill rates, and credit processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience; strong supervisory background.
• Two years direct sales experience in personnel services preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally; manage relationships across levels.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain client accounts; develop plans for new business and renewals.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Coach recruiters and branch staff; monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee onboarding of new customers, credit checks, and rate negotiations.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership.
