Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to lead client growth, recruit and develop a high-performing branch team, and ensure top-quality service to candidates and clients. You will manage accounts, perform business reviews, and oversee budget, pay/bill rates, and compliance across the branch.

The role requires high school diploma, 5+ years in related work, and supervisory or direct sales leadership experience within a personnel services environment.

Qualifications

• Two year’s direct sales experience with a proven track record of increased responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally in one-on-one and group discussions and presentations.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and handle numerous problems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients; manage client requirements and service levels.
• Manage branch P&L and cost control; develop revenue and expense forecasts and budgets.
• Lead recruiting, training, coaching, and development of branch staff; monitor KPI metrics and SLAs.
• Ensure on-boarding of new customers, credit references, and terms negotiation.
• Maintain relationships with HR, Operations, and client contacts; conduct regular business reviews.
