Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to lead growth, client acquisition, and branch profitability. You will set strategies, manage P&L, recruit and mentor the team, and deliver excellent service to candidates and clients.

You’ll build strong relationships with HR and operations, drive revenue, control costs, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met through effective leadership and hands-on recruitment and performance coaching across the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience.
• One year supervisory/management experience.
• Experience in personnel service organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to grow and retain clients and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication.
• Lead branch P&L, budgeting, and cost control; monitor KPI/SLAs; implement process improvements.
• Develop recruitment strategies and digital presence; onboard new customers; manage credit references and terms.
• Mentor Recruiters; coach staff; conduct regular performance reviews; ensure audits and compliance.
