Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding existing relationships, and overseeing branch P&L and budgeting while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing branch team, manage day-to-day operations, set pay and bill rates, and ensure compliance with employment laws, SLAs, and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in sales or service.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• Sales experience in a personnel service organization preferred.
• At least 1 year in supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of labor/employment laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; develop client plans and win back lost accounts.
• Lead day-to-day team performance; coach recruiters and staff.
• Manage branch budget, P&L and cost controls.
• Develop revenue forecasts and assist with growth plans.
• On-board new customers, negotiate terms and drive service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with legal notices and licensing requirements.
