Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow sales within existing customer accounts in Nashville, TN. The role involves prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, presenting programs, and contributing to a sales quota, while transporting product samples for demonstrations.

Required are a high school diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree preferred) and a valid driver's license, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals consistently. Meets or exceeds sales activity requirements. Works closely with Cintas Service Representative to leverage their relationship to increase sales & profits.
• Works under the guidance of Sales Manager to sell a range of products and services to significant customers to achieve sales targets.
• Makes effective use of sales tools, collateral material, and product samples. Develops an annual sales & marketing strategy to accomplish sales goals and budget for fiscal year.
• Works independently to collect and analyze data from customers using pre-determined tools, methods, and formats.
