Lafontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to schedule service work and upsell additional services in a fast-paced service department. You will interact with customers to determine mechanical issues, provide estimates, and manage repair orders to ensure satisfaction.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, the ability to read and interpret repair data, and at least a high school diploma with 2+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years or more experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Greet customers professionally and obtain vehicle data.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts.
• Notify dispatcher of incoming work.
• Follow up progress and inform customers of changes.
• Establish payment method and obtain signature on repair order.
• Ensure work areas and waiting areas are kept clean.
