Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automotive service or a comparable customer-facing role.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with dealership management system (DMS).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory MVR.
• Customer-first mindset and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally; assess vehicle concerns and document repair orders.
• Communicate service recommendations, timelines and costs clearly.
• Coordinate with technicians and dispatch to monitor progress.
• Inform customers of changes to timelines or estimates promptly.
