Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and determine mechanical needs.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts; obtain approvals.
• Maintain CSI by delivering excellent service and communication.
• Explain repair instructions clearly and record all details legibly.
• Follow up on progress and communicate changes to customers.
• Establish payment method and obtain signatures on repair orders.
• Keep work and waiting areas clean and organized.
