LaFontaine Automotive Group in Commerce, CA is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to schedule service work and sell additional services. The role emphasizes delivering a friendly, professional customer experience and accurate repair order handling.

You will greet customers, obtain vehicle data, provide labor and parts estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely, quality service while maintaining CSI and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in a related role.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner and collect vehicle data.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts and communicate changes to customers.
• Maintain CSI rating as directed by service manager.
• Explain repair instructions clearly and note reasons for recommended work.
• Follow up on progress and inform customers of changes.
• Ensure repair orders are legible and accurate before delivery to customers.
• Deliver vehicles and answer customer questions and maintain follow-up on additional repairs.
