LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Michigan to schedule service work, sell additional services, and deliver excellent customer service. The role emphasizes accurate repair order entry, clear communication, and maintaining CSI standards.

The successful candidate will greet customers, gather vehicle data, provide estimates, and coordinate with dispatch and technicians to ensure timely completion of work while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as directed by service manager.
• Greet customers and determine nature of mechanical problems.
• Provide labor and parts estimates; obtain approvals.
• Follow up on progress and communicate changes.
• Establish payment methods and obtain signatures on RO.
• Ensure clean work and waiting areas.
