Job summary

LaFontaine Automotive Group in Michigan seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to schedule service work and upsell services in our busy service department. You will greet customers, gather vehicle data, and communicate repair needs clearly.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years or more experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner and collect vehicle data.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts; update customer on changes.
• Assist in maintaining CSI ratings and service standards.
• Explain repair instructions clearly and note main reasons for service needs.
• Maintain follow-up with customers on additional recommended items.
• Keep work and waiting areas clean and organized.
